Quincus was founded by two visionary entrepreneurs who possess deep knowledge and experience in technology and logistics. Katherina-Olivia Lacey, Chief Product Officer, is leading a tech revolution in the space while empowering women in the logistics/supply chain industry. Jonathan E. Savoir, Chief Executive Officer, was featured on Forbes' 30 Under 30 Asia List in 2020, and also serves on the boards of several start-ups.

**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Define the strategy and roadmap for one or more APIs, in alignment with business goals
- Work with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to define requirements for new features and capabilities
- Write clear and concise documentation for both internal and external audiences
- Manage the API lifecycle from conception to deprecation
- Analyse usage data to inform product decisions and improve the user experience
- Engage with customers and partners to understand their needs and pain points
- Evangelize good API design practices internally and externally
- Advocate for the needs of your APIs within the organization
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a coordinated approach to product development
- Help to establish and maintain a culture of quality and excellence

**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- 4+ years in a product management role, with at least 2 years focused on APIs
- Proven experience developing and managing successful API products
- Strong technical background, with the ability to understand and discuss complex technical problems
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile environmental
