**Responsibilities**:

- **Sales and Business Development**:Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities. Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, including lead generation, cold calling, and proposal creation.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients. Understand their business challenges and provide tailored solutions that deliver value.
- **Market Analysis**:Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the compressed air and filtration industry.
- **Collaboration**:Work closely with the engineering, marketing, and support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and to provide market feedback for product development.
- **Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system. Provide regular sales forecasts and reports to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Technical knowledge of compressed air systems, including compressors, dryers, air receivers, and various filtration technologies.
- At least Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and self-driven.
