**What you will do**
- Administer and support the overall occupational health program
- Administer and support the various mandatory medical examinations programs required by company policies and national regulations.
- Conduct mandatory medical tests that are within their technical capability.
- Support overall emergency response by rendering emergency medical care.
- Management and maintenance of emergency medical equipment
- Administration and management of the medical clinic including reception, medical record maintenance, drug dispensing, assisting doctor in patient management, equipment maintenance and inventory management.
- Assist the doctor in management of patients. In the doctor’s absence, manage the patient till help arrives or patient is transported away.
- Provide first aid treatment for minor injuries and illnesses.
- Conduct medically related training for designated staff, e.g., first aid and CPR training.
- Assist the doctor in fulfilling travel medicine requirements, including dispensing advice, dispensing chemoprophylaxis, administering vaccines, and providing travel kits.
- Support the A&D program (required by HR) by sample collection and delivery and conduct interviews of positive cases.
- Conduct occupational health-related education.
- Assist in certain industrial hygiene measurements and monitoring.

**About you**

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Registered with Singapore Nursing Board
- At least a Diploma in Nursing
- At least 5 years’ experience working as a state registered nurse
- Good clinical knowledge and familiar with the clinical management of simple injuries and illnesses like open wounds, fractures and burns
- Experience in industrial nursing, emergency medicine, cardiology, burns unit and orthopedic surgery will be advantageous
- An effective team player with strong analytical, communication, empathy and interpersonal skills
- Willing to work in one of the three clinics located in a refinery/petrochemical plant environment
