**RESPONSIBILITIES**

Reporting to the Head of Teaching and Curriculum, you will prepare and deliver high-quality enrichment lessons that meet the learning needs of children.

**Job Role & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for teaching and delivering enrichment programmes on a part-time basis
- Teaching assignments will be given on an ad-hoc, needs basis
- Teachers should use a variety of appropriate teaching and caring methods to ensure high quality learning takes place
- Teach, coach and support children; nurturing their enthusiasm towards learning
- Respect and value each child’s social, cultural and religious background and by example, provide mutual respect and tolerance
- Mark and assess student work in a timely fashion; providing appropriate feedback
- To complete all duties assigned by the management team
- Teaching assignments can take place at various centres
- Flexible to work on days between Wednesday to Sunday.
- Lessons will take place at either The Eton Academy centres or at preschools under the EtonHouse group

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- At least one to three years of relevant teaching experience, with a strong professional track record
- Bachelor’s Degree in related field
- Undergraduates with tutoring/teaching experience are welcome to apply
- Genuine interest and enthusiasm in interacting with children
- Possess working knowledge and expertise of the Singapore education system
- Creative, meticulous and driven individual
- Good time management, ability to work independently
- Collaborator with excellent communication skills
- Flexible, and able to manage change and ambiguity well
- Experience in the implementation of an Inquiry model of teaching and learning is a plus
