Singapore MUMMYS MARKET PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key responsibilities**
- Responsible for planning and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns to acquire attendees and participants across our various products including events, online and offline business
- Be a mentor and role model for a number of Marketing Executives, coordinating their day to day activities and deliverables
- Work with broader team on implementing structured testing on copy and channel performance, working to use insight to optimize performance and improve outcomes
- Management of design and creative solutions, ensuring collateral remains on brand and connects with the customer
- Produce compelling customer focused, benefit led, copy and messaging, tailoring for channels and ensuring we’re delivering consistent campaigns across the channels we own
- Manage the production and delivery of video and moving image as part of a standard campaign mix
- Continuously look for opportunities to improve campaign performance - using metrics and insight to inform tactics and approach
- Be curious - ensuring we’re increasingly connecting our plans and activities as we move to a single customer view

**Job Requirements**:

- Diploma in Marketing / Media / Communications or equivalent.
- 2-3 years’ experience in marketing
- Proven experience with campaign planning and execution, proactively taking ownership for delivery
- Must be willing to work in fast paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of social media channels and techniques, demonstrable examples of how they’ve been used to drive engagement and commercial returns
- Strong copyrighting and proof-reading skills - able to create messaging across channels and understand the fundamentals of storytelling to build a consistent narrative
- Added advantage if proficient in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator, Canva etc.
- Experience in delivering commercially focused campaigns and advantage
- Able to prioritize competing demands against tight deadlines
