**Role Description**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through databases, media platforms, and external networks, building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Promote our publishing services, guiding researchers and authors in publishing their work with us.
- Effectively manage client relationships by categorizing leads, tracking follow-ups, and analyzing client needs to ensure personalized engagement.
- Provide regular updates to clients on the publication process, including manuscript review status and editorial feedback.
- Offer expert guidance throughout the manuscript submission, review, and publication process, ensuring a seamless client experience.
- Prepare and send quotations, manage invoicing, and oversee the collection of publication processing fees.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales KPIs as set by the company.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (preferably in Mathematics, Science, Biology, Computer Science, or Medical fields)
- Sales-driven individuals with strong motivation to meet targets
- Prior experience in the publishing industry is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and sales targets

Pay: Up to $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

- Commission pay
- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Bachelor's or equivalent (preferred)
