- The mission of the CRM Operation Platform is to create a rich and high-quality e-commerce platform ecosystem through productised platform capabilities. It builds a reliable, flexible, and intelligent CRM operation platform for account managers of various countries and industries, providing large-scale operation, one-stop operation solutions, and intelligent tools, thereby improving the efficiency of e-commerce operations, and is also responsible for the business goals of customer growth.**Responsibilities**:
- Develop efficient, highly scalable and secured services to build/integrate e-Commerce CRM solutions for TikTok Shop.
- Use full-stack web technology to develop MVPs and run experiments to validate ideas and iterate quickly, leveraging new technologies, tools when needed.
- Collaborate with PM and R&D teams globally, in a fast-paced environment.
- Research, design, and develop computer and network software or specialised utility programs.
- Update software, enhances existing software capabilities, and develops and direct software testing and validation procedures.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Programming & System Analysis, Science (Computer Studies) or related discipline.
- Expertise in JavaScript, HTML, CSS; in User Experience guidelines and best practices.
- Expertise in object oriented programming, data structures, algorithms and design patterns.
- Exhibit good problem solving skills and team communication / collaboration skills.
- Great to have large-scale backend system design experience.
- Great to have E-Commerce products experience.
