- Build and nurture a strong talent pipeline to address current and future hiring needs.
- Assist in organising and participating in recruitment activities such as open houses, networking events, university career fairs, and industry-specific functions.
- Stay informed on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to continuously enhance hiring strategies and drive innovation.

**- Role Requirements -**

**Qualifications**:

- A full certificate in GCE 'A' Level, International Baccalaureate Diploma, a Polytechnic Diploma from Singapore, or an equivalent academic qualification.

**Eligibility**:

- Singapore Citizens are preferred.

**Work Hours**:

- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, from 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.

**Key Skills & Attributes**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of the Employment Act and the Fair Consideration Framework are an advantage.
- Proactive with a strong willingness to learn and grow.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Internship, Fresh graduate
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
