Insights & Analytics Executive (9 Months Renewable

**HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Drive strategic and ad hoc research/insight work in partnership with broader commercial team. Proven experience in initiating and scoping research projects, design research approaches, and deliver actionable insights across the end-to-end product development process, with prior experience in usage & attitudes, ethnography, innovation incubator/design thinking, product testing, brand research, cultural study, and communication. Key deliverables include:
- Accurately identify business issues and propose appropriate research design to address these needs
- Managing research projects end-to-end from brief to presentations / workshop
- Consolidation of data, learnings and insights from primary / secondary sources into a coherent narrative
- Identification of business opportunities from learnings and succinctly communicate them to stakeholders.
- Understanding of retail audit, HH panel data, Euromonitor, brand tracks and social listening and proven experience in following and Proven record of analysing and synthesizing data and information from different sources for following use cases:
- Market intelligence and analysis - market size, share, forecasts.
- Managing 3rd party market data provider to ensure deliverables are on time and in full
- Macro Landscape & Consumer trends
- Collate category competitive intelligence from various sources
**YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS**
- Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, Statistics or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in an Insights role (a combination of client and agency side), ideally within the FMCG environment.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills to deal with a broad set of stakeholders and ability to partner closely with other BU's / functional teams to drive insights into the business.
- Ability to work autonomously and drive the agenda on key areas of responsibilities.
- Ability to work with speed and be able to synthesize and present complex findings under tight timelines.
