The Program Analyst will be part of the Group Infrastructure & Platform Services (GIPS) team responsible for managing the Technology Obsolescence Management Program. The Technology Obsolescence Management Program is an ongoing bank-wide program where obsolescence state and risks for technology assets are assessed, remediation plans identified and tracked to ensure completion.
- Role:_
- Participate in the development and execution of overall plan to meet program objectives
- Manage and track program progress to ensure milestone timelines are met
- Manage relationships with program stakeholders
- Determine and manage overall program risks and issues
- Develop and provide regular reporting on program statuses
- Organize and lead discussions in working group committees
- Ensure program related documents are appropriately archived according to specified processes.
- Preparation of materials for management presentation and approval.
- Lead initiatives to improve program processes.
- Carry out assigned tasks according to program requirements

**Requirements**:

- Requirements:_
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. At least 10 years of IT experience, ideally in a financial institution.
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Excellent MS Excel (specifically advanced formulas, pivot tables and charts)
- Excellent MS Powerpoint
- Detail oriented
- Competencies:_
- Able to work with stakeholders based locally and from overseas subsidiaries.
- Has the initiative to take ownership for program tasks with ability to assess and propose solutions to address issues
- Possess strong verbal and written communications skills
- Strong attention to details
