**Full Job Description**

This role requires a proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining clear communication with clients and internal teams.

**Key Responsibilities include**:
**Client Management**:

- Communicate promptly with clients, ensuring timely responses to all inquiries.
- Provide clients with guidance on relevant processes and assist them through procedural steps as needed.

**Compliance Reporting**:

- Provide clients with updates on weekly plans.
- Report the number of completed tasks to clients each week.
- Inform relevant parties about the progress of the content calendar and report any posting delays.

**Virtual Assistant Duties**:

- Coordinate and manage the Brand Manager's calendar.
- Ensure adherence to internal processes established by the respective Brand Manager(s).
- Responsible for scheduling calls with clients and brand managers, ensuring that the timings are coordinated effectively between both parties

**Data Entry**:

- Update all necessary reports and notify relevant parties promptly as per the standard operating procedure.

**Task Management**:

- Monitor and update the status of work for each brand.

**Required Experience**:

- Experience in management or customer service is required

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills
- Demonstrates a high level of efficiency in task management and execution

**To qualify for the role**:

- Fluent in English
- Certified in related fields

**Ideally, you’ll also have**:

- Business Administration or Management experience

**Job Types**: Part-Time, Freelancer

**Salary**:SGD 600 per month
