SAP FICO Analyst - Global Manufacturing Company

The position will be supporting the user community in maintaining SAP & non-SAP solutions in place, and ensuring support and maintenance as well as continuous improvement. The role discusses with key users, providing guidance on process enhancements and designing adequate solutions. Taking a project approach, collect requirements helping them in their definition of their needs, and manage all the steps of the solution development lifecycle (from requirements collection to solution roll-out).

**Responsibilities**:

- Take part in or manage a few SAP initiatives to improve the SAP global solution. You can also lead non-SAP solutions to set up new solutions for the user community.
- Communicating with the user community, ensuring a role of facilitator between the stakeholders and the IS systems & people.
- Create Functional specifications, and Tests plans, and lead the FAT & UAT execution.
- Understand the business problem and recommend solutions that enable organization to achieve its goals.
- Target user satisfaction, analyzes required information and data.
- Prepares requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations
- Communicates on regular basis with business stakeholders, including written business correspondence.
- Ensure quality of the Documentation (FS, Tests, Presentations)
- Assists in the enforcement of project deadlines, schedules & budget.
- Understands technical design specifications.
- Develops accurate, conducts testing and complete test plans.
- Identifies and documents system deficiencies and recommends solutions.

Requirement
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or related discipline.
- 4 years or more experience in SAP ECC6 configuration, process design, testing and post-implementation support in a global environment on the Finance and Controlling modules
- Organizational skills and ability to manage a diverse workload in a fast-paced environment
- Experience gathering/analyzing requirements and translating them into detailed functional specifications.
- Knowledge of system testing and software quality assurance best practices and methodologies
- Strong analytical skills and teamwork orientation
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. Mandarin language is a plus (frequent liaising with China-based team)
- Must be willing and able to travel internationally (about 20% in a year) to support regional projects.
- Collaborating with developers for customized development.
