**What's the opportunity?**

**What will I be doing?**

1. Ensure proper governance and administration of the company in accordance with the Companies Act, applicable laws of Singapore, articles of association, and regulatory requirements.

2. Act in good faith and in the best interests of the company, setting strategic goals and overseeing their implementation.

3. Establish, manage, and grow the Company's Asian team headquartered in Singapore.

4. Serve as the liaison between the entity in Singapore and the group, facilitating seamless communication and collaboration

5. Design and structure new partnerships with banks across Asia, effectively driving new business opportunities for the company.

6. Monitor and coordinate the activities of the Compliance Officer and the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO) to ensure compliance with regulations and best practices.

**What skills do I need?**

1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a senior management role within the financial industry, preferably in a regulated environment.

2. Strong knowledge and understanding of corporate governance practices, the Companies Act, and regulatory requirements in Singapore.

3. Proven track record in strategic planning and goal-setting, demonstrating the ability to drive growth and business development.

4. Experience in building and managing multicultural teams, preferably in an Asian context.

5. Possess excellent interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

6. Demonstrated experience in establishing and maintaining partnerships with banks or financial institutions.

7. Familiarity with compliance and risk management principles, preferably in a financial setting.

8. Previous experience or knowledge of the Payment Services Act (2019) of Singapore would be highly advantageous.
