Job Responsibilities:
**JD**
- To prepare Design proposal as well as presentation material independently within the project timeframe.
- To produce Working, Submissions, Shop & As-Build Drawing.
- To handle technical drawings for tender, & construction process.
- Attend to meeting & site for analysis, measurement, enquiry, and monitoring.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1-2 years of experience.
- Possess at least Diploma in Architecture / Interior Design / Landscape Design.
- Good knowledge in construction and specifications with flair of design.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in regard to communicating an artistic vision and construction method.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup and Adobe Photoshop (Ai & Revit is additional advantage)
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the management

**Others**:

- 5.5 Working days per week
- 9am - 6pm

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
