Technical Trainer

What to Expect
- The core function of the Technical Trainer/Lead is to project manage and perform robust service training programs which will ensure Tesla service staff have the training they need to perform their day-to-day jobs to Tesla’s exceptional standards. The Technical Trainer/Lead will collaborate with key stakeholders to identify technical training and developmental needs in South East Asia region and will review ongoing relevance and effectiveness of training programs.

What You’ll Do
- Gold or Mastery technical level in Tesla
- 3+ years’ experience in Tesla Service Technical Role
- 1+ year of experience in internal training or other equivalent people development experience
- Experience in team management is a plus
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel and Power Point
- Fluent in English (verbal & written)
