Main duites and responsibilities

Programmes
- Work closely with key stakeholders to plan, organise and implement programmes and activities for residents in Potong Pasir and Joo Seng neighbourhood (including the centre’s clients) or Jurong West (including the centre's clients)
- Conduct needs and outcome assessment to measure and enhance programme relevance and effectiveness to bring about quality service and standards
- Tidy up and maintenance of programme and activity corner in Viriya Family Service Centre (Potong Pasir) or Whispering Hearts FSC (Jurong West)
- Churning out monthly report of all community work done between Family Service Centres and residents
- Take in enquiries from the public on participating in current programmes

Volunteer Management
- Build database of volunteers through engagement and training
- Take in enquiries from the public on volunteering and collaborative opportunities

Ancillary Duties
- Planning and executing events within the organization
- Work with stakeholders and caseworks for ad-hoc external programs

Welfare
- Celebration of staff birthdays and festivals
- Ordering and organising quaterly staff bonding activties
- Maintaining pantry in office
