About This Role:
**Job Description**:

- Actively participate in business development and marketing efforts to build the strategy consulting practice.
- Develop sample approaches, deliverables and associated marketing materials for repeatable consulting offerings based on our published research.
- Assist in the maturity of the APAC Consulting practice through internal continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support the delivery of research-based consulting projects, including conducting intake interviews, analyzing client data, using a published methodology to evaluate client inputs, synthesizing conclusions, and developing recommendations.
- Develop high-quality, well-structured, and user-friendly Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel client deliverables.
- Present findings and recommendations to clients and influence them to act.
- Establish and manage client expectations on timelines and deliverables, ensuring adherence to project commitments.
- Achieve personal revenue targets on a quarterly basis.

Job Requirements:

- A strong academic record of achievement, or a comparable experience.
- Minimum of twelve years of practical experience and/or management consulting experience supporting technology functions.
- Experience in engaging with senior-level business executives across ASEAN, Australia and New Zealand.
- Experience in supporting consulting sales/business development.
- Experience in preparing deliverables for clients, owning and delivering the finished product, and creating client-facing deliverables.
- Strong analytical capabilities.
- The ability to effectively lead engagements and team resources to exceed client expectations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve key performance metrics, such as utilization rates or revenue targets.
- The ability to collaborate effectively with others and to provide coaching to team members regardless of level.
- The ability to travel (approximately 10 days per month) once travel resumes to post-pandemic levels.
- The ability to communicate (written and verbal) in English. Additional knowledge of languages spoken across the Asia Pacific region is desired but not required.
