**Key Objective**
Working closely with the Head of Claims and reporting to the Head of Claims Operations, APAC, your main responsibilities will be leading and strategising the customer facing digital claims transformation roadmap and initiatives for Chubb to support the delivery of Chubb’s enhanced technology driven digital channel experiences.
On a day to day basis you will act as a central point of contact between the Local/Regional/Global IT, Operations, Distribution and Digital teams and simultaneously tackle the customer facing digital needs of the business to optimise Chubb’s digital claims customer servicing.
In addition to this we are looking for someone who can help plan, lead, manage, and coordinate major project tasks, project deliverables, risk and issues, change control, and project finances, on an ongoing basis.
**Major Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Function as the Customer Facing Digital Claims ambassador for the Region and engage relevant stakeholder groups: Local/Regional IT, Operations, Distribution, Digital etc
- Communicate Claims Regional/Global Roadmap and influence senior leaders to set and achieve goals
- Interact with Digital team for Pipeline alignment
- Participate in the creation of RFPs from Digital Claims perspective
- Participate in meetings with potential partners for presenting/pitching the Claims Digital capabilities
- Interact with COG Claims COO -Digital Transformation for alignment regarding new partners project delivery (budget, capabilities, timeline)
- Point of contact for any regional Digital initiative that involves Claims, being responsible for alignment with Digital team, countries, COG Claims COO & Regional Claims
- Partners with Regional Digital Claims PO Line of Business and Claims Operations Manager, with COG Claims COO and countries for Digital Claims Roadmap alignment

**Skills Required**:
- Broad knowledge of insurance industry and claims processes

**Experience Required**:
- 5+ years insurance claims experience
- Project Management experience will be preferred
- Experience directly or indirectly in the Digital space preferred
- Experience with working in a cross-functional team and with team members in different geographical locations
- Experience in directly communicating with and managing expectations of both internal and external executive stakeholders
**Qualifications**:
Academic, professional or vocational qualifications in management and/or leadership are highly advantageous
