- Experienced with Spark preferred; work with local regulatory agencies to meet all requirements;
- Ability to oversee Centre’s daily operations and administration;
- Mentor teachers and provide in-house training;
- Provide leadership for setting overall goals for the school as a basis for curriculum objectives;
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.

**Requirements**:
**Diploma in Early Childhood Education - Teaching & Leadership, or higher**
- Fun, Creative and Inspiring with passion for children’s learning;
- At least 3 years of teaching and/or management experience in a childcare, with at least 1 year experience in management of childcare;
- Determine the requirements that must be met regarding licensing, Spark, health and safety regulations from local regulatory agencies;
- Mentor the teachers to facilitate collaborative approaches to learning, teaching and evaluation so as to raise performance standards and competencies;
- Prepare monthly reports for the board and senior management;
- Host school visits and market programmes to parents.
