**Position**:MDW Interviewer (Flexi Work Arrangement)

**Core Responsibility**:
You will play a crucial role in our talent acquisition process. Your primary responsibilities will be to conduct video interviews with potential Migrant Domestic Workers (MDWs), assess their language proficiency, validate the information provided in their profiles, and check their past experience. After each interview, you will be responsible for accurately adding the MDW's information to our database.

**Flexible Working Arrangement**:
This is a part-time role with the flexibility to work on selected days each week. Specific working days can be discussed and are open to negotiation.

**Key Job Functions**:

- **Assess Language Proficiency**: Assess the language proficiency of MDWs to ensure effective communication with employers.
- **Database Management**: Input all biodata into our database and maintain the database to ensure it is up to date.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Able to speak English (Chinese or Malay is a bonus)
- Attention to detail and ability to verify information.
- Basic computer literacy or a willingness to learn
- Familiarity with tools like Google Drive, and WhatsApp Web

**How to Apply**:
**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $2,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 16 - 30 per week
