Our client, a leading global investment bank is looking for talent to join their middle office operation team. The role is a 1-year outsource contract with potential extension.

Working Location: Central Singapore (Fully On-Site)

Department: Global Banking Market, Business Management Operation.

**Job Scope**
- Ensure training plans submitted by managers, review plans, keep them up to date (update file with any changes that come through From the managers)
- Schedule trainings in line with the training plans by coordinating managers for logistics ahead of the training session
- Track and updating training sessions with attendance details by working with training organizers
- Support reporting requirements to show progress made against program goals
- Support evidence gathering and overall support for audits (internal audit or external)Help update initial claim forms that are required to be submitted to external stakeholders
- **Requirements**
Skills: - Learning Management system experience is prefered;
Attention to detail;
Proactivity needed to chase and complete tasks;
Excel knwoledge prefered (Vloop, Pivot etc);
