The Experience Transformation team leads Prudential’s efforts in elevating our customer’s experience across all touchpoints and interactions. As a Customer Experience intern, you will be collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to ideate and create solutions that will improve the customer's experiences with Prudential, from the time they onboard to the time they renew or exit from their policies. You will learn how we take customer insights from market research, surveys to data insights such as service performance, to identify areas in which we can redesign the processes or communications or systems, translate those into projects and then deliver them, in order to improve the quality of service Prudential's customers would experience. You will actively participate in driving strategic CX improvement projects to transform their experiences. You will also have a chance to learn how to roll out initiatives that will deepen our customer centric culture and be involved in enabling the delivery of the right culture, capabilities, structure, infrastructure, processes, technology, tools to fulfil our vision.
