**Responsibilities**:

- Report to M&E Manager and Project Manger.
- Manage M&E work with specialist sub-contractors and M&E Supervisor.
- Monitor the progress of work.
- Supervise / preparation of shop drawings, as-built M&E drawings and O&M manual.
- Manage and supervise in the administration / inspection of M&E work, handover of M&E services.
- Ensure compliance with requirements of various authorities and specifications.
- Coordinate technical issues with M&E consultants.
- Coordinate all site matters with structural and architectural trades

**Job Requirements**:

- Relevant Degree in M&E Engineering recognized by Singapore PE Board.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Analytical, organized and possess strong planning skills.
- Good project and time management abilities.
- An effective communicator and has strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly driven and able to work under minimum supervision.
