Singapore BIZCARE PERSONNEL SERVICES Full time

**Salary: $3000-$3800**

**Working hours: 9am-6pm (Mon-Fri)**

This position is responsible for assisting the Procurement Department in day-to-day procurement duties also in other aspects of procurement, inventory management and warehousing for the company

**Responsibilities**
- Planning and scheduling of Tenders
- Assist and Govern the Tender and Request for Quotation Processes
- Administer of Companies Sourcing Activities
- Perform Sanction Risk screening
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports
- Perform SAP functions such as issuance of Purchase Order and Goods Receipt
- Assist in negotiation with Suppliers to pull in / push out delivery
- Assist in drafting/enhancing of Policies and Processes
- Assist in Auditing and stock taking

**Requirements**:

- Degree with 2-3 years of Purchasing or Supply Chain experiences or Diploma with 4-5 years of Purchasing or Supply Chain experiences
- Experience in managing Tender and Request for Quotation
- Computer Proficiency (MS office and SAP)
- Quick in problem solving
- Meticulous, independent and with initiative
