Summary:
▪ Deliver comprehensive patient care for individuals diagnosed with breast cancer
▪ Aid in clinic management, patient consultations, and clinical procedures.
▪ Arrange operation theatre bookings, anaesthetist appointments, frozen section requests, and other necessities for surgical procedures
▪ Conduct financial counseling for procedures and surgeries, including initiation of pre-authorization and coordination with insurance companies
Roles and Responsibilities:
Patient Care Management
▪ Schedule patient appointments and conduct reminder calls.
▪ Assist physicians during consultations and clinic procedures
▪ Manage orders for radiology exams, blood tests, and other diagnostic tests, and track reports for follow-up consultations
▪ Provide clear instructions regarding diagnostic exams
▪ Coordinate surgical theater, ward, anaesthetist, frozen section bookings, and other requirements for surgeries
▪ Offer financial counseling to surgery patients, including providing estimated total fees
▪ Communicate effectively with patients undergoing treatment and offer guidance
Administrative Management
▪ Register and bill patient visits
▪ Process outpatient visit claims on third-party administrator (TPA) portals
▪ Manage clinic inventory and equipment, including coordinating with external vendors for procurement and maintenance
▪ Arrange maintenance and repair services when necessary
Job Requirements:
▪ Licensed Nurse registered with the Singapore Nursing Board
▪ Preferred certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) and Automated External Defibrillator (AED)
▪ Degree or Diploma in Nursing from an accredited institution
▪ Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
▪ Demonstrates care and compassion
▪ Nurses with prior clinical experience will have an advantage
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,300.00 per month
