Job Roles & Responsibilities:

- To do CAM programming for 2 axis 3 axis, 5 axis simultaneous turning and milling operations
- Do set up & Operating of CNC Turning / Milling machines
- Proficient in design and programming software such as solid work, Hyper Mill/Master Cam/Fixture Design/ Marco Program
- Able to interpret mechanical drawings and GD&T
- Must have the knowledge on measuring instruments and ball gauges
- Perform CNC machine setup for First Article, including the optimization of each process
- Keep up with the housekeeping requirements at the work station
- willing to work shift basis(night shift)
- High sense of urgency, able to commit weekend production schedule when needed
- Minimum 5yrs hands-on experience in CNC Lathe & CNC Milling.
- Must be able to write programs from Drawings input into Machine and test run without mistakes.
- Must be able to handle CNC Machining Centre independently as well as able to handle production area.
- Analyse technical drawings and study sample parts to define best sequence of machining steps.
- Perform tooling selection and fixture design.
- Perform process improvements to increase the overall capacity and turnaround time
- Other Cam software programing knowledge may also apply.
- Able to operate Fanuc & Hurco controller.
- Can work from programing to machine setup independently.
- Good knowledge of interpretation of engineering drawing & geometry tolerance.
- Read and understand the Engineering and Stage drawings
- Create the Offline CNC programs.
- Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Min 5 years relevant hands-on working experience in manufacturing plant or factory operation
- Proven leadership experience in managing small team
- Good knowledge of CNC machinery, machine tool, M&E drawing, PLC, and safety management
- Proficient in AutoCAD or engineering drawing software
