**Job Description**:
Position: Customer Service Officer
Industry: Beauty
**Salary**: $1800 - $2100
Duty & Responsibilities:
- To provide customer service at exemplary levels while upholding the professional image of the company.
- Answering all customer enquiries relating to our services and products in a timely manner.
- Provide relevant service and product information to customers.
- Send out routine appointment reminders to customers / members.
- Handle appointment bookings and take care of appointment rescheduling / changes for customers and marketing partnerships.
- Manage and resolve customer concerns / complaints.
- Identify and escalate issues to management when required.
- Follow up with customers routinely and whenever necessary.
- Assist with online product orders, packing of product orders, and arranging courier services in a timely manner.
- Assist with any other customer service related work.
- All other ad-hoc duties when needed.
**Requirements**:
- 5.5 days a week. 9am to 6pm (Mon - Fri), 9am to 1pm (Sat)
- Min GCE O/A Level. At least 1 year of relevant experience is preferred.
- Comfortable working with digital technology and POS system management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Fluent verbal communication in English and other languages preferred.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills and telephone etiquette.
- Customer-centric attitude and work well under pressure.
- Compose in handling complaints and emergencies.
- Detail oriented, meticulous, and works with a high degree of accuracy.
- Good follow-up skills and well organized.
- Able to determine customer needs while going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $2,100.00 per month
