**QC Laboratory Supervisor**:

We are looking for a** QC Laboratory Supervisor **to join our Technical team in Neste Singapore.

Reporting to the Laboratory Superintendent, Laboratory supervisor would be responsible for overseeing quality assurance and enforcing practices to ensure quality control within the laboratory. Aside from these tasks, they also manage the acquisition of laboratory equipment and supplies and resolve any technical or administrative issues within the laboratory.

In this role, your main responsibilities include
- Provide leadership to the quality control shift team to ensure quality and reliability in lab operations.
- Responsible to ensure lab procedures, processes, management systems and controls are in accordance with required standards.
- Develop and manage plans and goals to ensure lab continuous support to plant and process development
- Representing Singapore laboratory in Global laboratory work groups to develop quality control processes and analysis methods.
- Responsible for laboratory competency and performance management.
- Long term development of lab infrastructure to meet the business needs.
- Conducting audits related to quality control processes to ensure compliance, safety and reliability.
- Ensure that TRA is up to date and reviewed in regular intervals.
- Manage life-cycle of laboratory equipment
- LIMS super-user

**Keys to success in this role**

The best combination of experiences, skills and background is
- Min Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years relevant experience preferably in chemical, petrochemical or oil & gas industry
- Hands-on experience of laboratory instruments / equipment
- Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Past experience with leading and coordinating roles will be an added advantage
