Some of the key responsibilities will include:

- Manage the financial close process, ensuring compliance to US GAAP and local GAAP requirements.
- Ensure a robust controls environment including adherence to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX).
- Work with relevant stakeholders across legal and compliance teams to ensure compliance with various internal and external policies and regulations.
- Ensure timely completion of year-end audit.
- Manage the relevant entities corporate tax, GST and transfer pricing reporting.
- Work closely with external auditors and tax accountant where necessary

To be eligible for this role you will require:

- CPA qualified or equivalent
- Proficient in Mandarin (to business level i.e. reading / written / spoken) as will need to liaise with business stakeholders whose primary communication is in written and spoken Mandarin
