My client is an established landscaping firm with nursery.

Required a **Florist operation Admin**

**Location : Kranji**

**Mon to Fri Office hour, Alter Sat Full day **.
- Create basic and design floral bouquets and arrangement (including hand bouquets, table flowers and centerpieces and hampers)
- Care for flowers and plants, maintain their optimum condition for storage and cleanliness
- Providing occasion-specific flower suggestions.
- Carefully arranging palatable bouquets and hampers to prevent damage during delivery
- **Work closely with operation team, may required to involved in events **.
- Assist in any **admin**:

- (a) Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts payables;
- (b) Handle daily accounting entries;
- (c) Handle petty cash claims and cheque preparation;
- (d) Perform invoicing of sales orders;
- (e) Assist in general administrative and operation tasks including the following:

- Answer phone calls, take orders from customers, prepare quotations and related duties;
- Liaise directly with suppliers and customers;
- Check pricing and ensure that correct prices are quoted to customers;
- Confer with customers regarding price and type of arrangement desired and the date, time, and place of delivery and any other details as requested by customer;
- Perform operational duties such as assisting in the setup of floral displays during festive seasons;
Liaise with florist and arrange delivery with relevant documents
