Videographer

**Trident Digital is looking for ONE Full-Time Videographer to Add to Our Team**

**Type of Employment**: Full-Time Position

As the Videographer of our company, you’ll be working directly with the Founder and other team leads. You’ll help us plan, shoot, and bring to life video content that tells great stories and gets people excited about what we do. Don’t worry if you’re just starting out — as long as you’re eager to learn, enjoy being behind the camera, and love capturing moments, we’d love to hear from you

The types of videos we usually create include Instagram reels, testimonial videos, intro videos, ads, and more.

Since video is one of the most powerful ways to communicate both online and offline, your work will play a big part in helping us and our clients succeed.

**[YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES IN ORDER OF PRIORITY]**

**Responsibility 1 - Filming**:

- Interacting and communicating with our clients and creative teammates (especially the Production Assistant)
- Helping to set up and pack up camera equipment
- Understanding how to use audio, light, and camera gear (we can teach you if you’re not fully confident yet)
- Making sure the camera, talent, and background are set up well for great framing
- Assisting with the planning and direction of shoots
- Thinking on your feet and solving problems creatively on setTelling compelling stories through video, whether with a DSLR camera or even your phone

**Responsibility 2 - Logistics and Project Management**:

- Making sure all files (raw footage, templates, backups) are well-organized and uploaded to our online library
- Scouting locations and booking spaces for shoots (includes liaising with external studios)Helping arrange transport to and from shoot locations

**Your secondary roles include**:

- Trying out new techniques with the gear we have, and being excited to experiment
- Keeping up with new video trends, especially on reels

**[REQUIREMENT]**

We’re open to passionate self-taught creatives, recent grads, or those just getting into video professionally. What matters most is your attitude and willingness to grow.
- Have some experience or education in videography or photography (even if it’s just personal projects)
- Curious about filmmaking trends and always learning
- Understand the basics of how a video shoot is planned and executed
- Comfortable with systems that help make work easier and more efficient
- A creative mind and love for storytelling
- Some knowledge of setting up and operating video equipment (don’t worry — we’ll help you get better at it)
- A fast learner who’s not afraid of new challenges
- Open to feedback and committed to improving
- Strong attention to detail
- Most importantly: you’re motivated to grow and want to be part of a supportive team
