We’re looking for an experienced Commercial Manager/Director who can lead our SEA team, taking our business, partnerships and brands to the next level. Working as part of Asia leadership team, this role leads in market teams across Thailand, Philippines, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia to drive sales and distribution and build our brand through strategic partnerships for sustainable growth.

The ability to influence and lead across a matrix organization will be core to achievement.

Principal Accountabilities
Working closely with in market teams, and peers develop the annual SEA business plan for delivery
Delivery of sales, distribution and brand building activities across the SEA region
Develop the right levers to maximize Revenue Growth and champion the cause across the organization to gain necessary support for execution
Own P&L lines from Consumer Pricing down to Net Revenue, including Discounts & Allowances (D&A)
Own monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets, demand forecasts and design supporting commercial plans to deliver the same
Coach, guide and mentor the SEA leadership team
Identify new market opportunities, distribution partnerships, new customers, channels and revenue streams to fuel the growth ambition. Identify and initiate necessary pilots that can convert into full scale initiatives to deliver the plan, and support in market teams with effective execution
Lead and guide Country Managers to build, execute and track effective JBP with online and offline KA’s and distributors to deliver on organisational objectives

**Education/Experience**:
13-15 years’ of sales, business development, brand mgmt., Franchise mgmt. experience, preferably within FMCG/Consumer facing categories
Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of building distribution across different regions of South East Asia, handling distributors, managing key customers, developing new sales channels and effective trade marketing skills
Our business is e-commerce driven, and our omni-channel approach is in development, so direct exposure and experience of Ecommerce channel is key
Experience of leading new category/brand penetration and building distribution from scratch will be an added advantage Experience of working within a matrix organization
