Job Profile Summary:
In this role, you will assist the Business Assurance and Re-engineering Leads to execute various processes across Assurance and Process Re-engineering.

**Job Description**:
Assurance
- Execution of the assurance program on all strategic initiatives
- Work with stakeholders to review business cases, validation of strategic initiative costs, benefits and timelines for presentation at Portfolio Prioritisation Council
- Collaborate with Finance Governance in the function review of ACRs to enforce funding governance
- Work with the BAR Leads and stakeholders to report on strategic initiative progress, resources, costs, schedule, benefits, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
- Work with the BAR Leads and stakeholders to conduct a project implementation review (PIR) to report on strategic initiative completion, resources, costs, schedule, benefits, risks, assumptions, issues and dependencies
- Work with the BAR Leads and stakeholders to conduct a post implementation review on benefits realised from strategic initiatives
- Work with the BAR Leads to compile findings for periodic reporting to Strategic Portfolio Committee or other forums as required

Consulting
- Work with the cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives undertaken by the CEO’s Division to understand the operating processes.
- Participate in discussions with the business in understanding the processes.
- Document as-is and to-be process maps reflecting the current state and future state of processes under review.
- Collaborate with the business in providing comprehensive business requirements that meet the business needs, taking into consideration future needs and changing business needs.
- Timely escalation of issues to BAR Leads and Head and other stakeholders

Working Experience:

- Entry level to 7 years of broad business experience, ideally in professional services or financial services

**Education**:

- Degree in any Science, Finance, Computing or any Business-related discipline
