Singapore TAY WASTE RECYCLING PTE. LTD. Full time

1. Drive forklift truck to transport wastepaper and other recyclable materials within TW or customers’ location according to assign schedule.

2. Use forklift truck on site to load / unload casings or bins. Only drivers possess valid forklift license are allowed to operate the truck.

3. First parade task to be carried out before and at least 15 minutes prior to carry out on details such as check water level in radiator, engine oil level, electrolyte level in battery, fuel level in tank, forks, horn & light etc.

4. Secure casing with wire-ropes & chain sling when transferring loads. Do not pile casings too high or allow spill over at the sides of casing. Ensure forklift truck is balanced with no shifting or surging of loads.

5. Report faulty defects to Maintenance executive for necessary action.

6. Whilst driving, forklift driver must always comply with the speed limits and CP101 inside TW.

7. Last parade task to be carried out after final assignment such as top up fuel tank, check water level, engine oil level, switch off all the lights and remove ignition key, record mileage etc.

8. When involved in a traffic accident, report to Factory Manager immediately.

9. If anyone is injured or if the accident is serious, do not move the forklift truck without Police permission.

10. Clean baler surrounding when there is changed of baled materials. Perform other related duties as directed by Production Manager.

11.Sort a variety of waste paper materials for recycling according to specific grade and examine them for defects such as outthrow, foreign objects, level of mixed paper etc and other ad hoc duties assigned.
