The Whole Kitchen is committed to providing tasty gluten free low sugar bakery items.

The Junior Baker will
- Prepare raw materials (ie. kneading dough) for food production
- Produce company's offerings
- Adhere to company’s production Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), food safety, sanitation and NEA hygiene requirements and practices.
- Ensure that all raw materials are received, stored properly and utilized following the First In First Out (FIFO) principle
- Conduct stock check and monitor stocks of ingredients
- Ensure that food preparation equipment is being used safely & correctly; cleaned and maintained as per schedule.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as requested by the Sous Chef
- Be a team player but also able to work independently
- Be interested in developing new products

Minimum of 2 years experience is preferred. Malaysians are welcome to apply.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,200.00 - $2,600.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Flexible hours
- Late shift
- Weekend availability
