**Responsibilities**:

- 1. Responsible for accepting customer booking requests, confirming customer booking requirements, and handling customer service.
- 2. Responsible for import containers for all company routes, verifying import data in the system, and notifying customers.
- 3. Coordinate and arrange transshipment of incoming cargoes via Singapore to various global destinations.
- 4. Responsible for the documentation operations related to export and transshipment on all company routes, including the creation, modification, and management of bills of lading.
- 5.Assist in the daily scheduling, management of containers.

**Job Requirement**

**Job requirements**:

- Minimum qualification: GCE “O” level or Polytechnic Diploma
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Shipping line experience is preferred;
- Proficiency in Microsoft exchange, Microsoft Excel and Word
- Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented attitude.
- Can start work immediately
