- Department: Human Resources- Location: Singapore- The Regional Employer Branding team is responsible for EVP strategy, governance, articulation, and activations and you will be part of the team supporting Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition. This team leads cross-channel employer branding messaging, leveraging on social media channels, internal communications, and campus outreach, while ensuring consistency of the Group’s employer branding across all markets in which Lazada operates.
- Reporting to the Regional Head of Employer Branding, you will work with the Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding teams to further fortify our employer brand and promote Lazada as an Employer of Choice.
- With skillfulness in authentic storytelling, you will ideate, develop, design, edit, and produce graphics and video content to build and strengthen our employer brand reputation in this region. You will design creative and powerful employer branding communications to build our employer brand equity and support the company’s fast-paced growth.

- You will be responsible for creating and designing complex animated graphics, illustrations, and infographics, and video pre
- and post-production. This includes the design and creation of assets to bring content to life, such as modelling, animation, outputting, and delivering high quality and innovative motion graphic content. You will prepare design plans and storyboards, concept and layout for motion graphic projects, and directly consult with stakeholders in the conceptualisation of a project. Deliverables include all formats such as long
- and short-form videos, and animated and still graphics.- Work with Regional Branding and Talent Acquisition teams to understand project scope and objectives
- Support the overall HR team, particularly the Talent Acquisition team, to build a great story for Lazada to attract and engage the right talent
- Design and create storyboards
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas
- Give recommendations to teams on right choice of media to enhance the message through different mediums, including videos, graphics, motion graphics, livestreaming, presentation graphics, and illustrations
- Research and analyse best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics and video content
- Conceptualise, layout, and design enticing graphics, motion graphics, and videos for various media
- Edit raw video footage and add effects/elements (audio, video, colours, animation) to enhance motion graphics
- Ensure that best-in-class project management practices and graphical skills are employed to deliver high quality work within strategy, budget, and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with company and brand guidelines, deadlines, and design standards
- Support in the development of content assets in owned, earned, or paid media

**Job Requirements**
- Creative thinker exhibiting a range of varied styles and techniques
- In-depth knowledge/experience in 3D modelling/animation and video production techniques
- Working knowledge of sound mixing and colour correction
- Strong understanding of post-production workflow and the latest production technology
- Solid understanding of video formats and compression techniques
- Knowledge of typography and appropriate use of brand colours, images and fonts, allowing for effective legibility and functionality
- Advanced knowledge with After Effects, Premiere Pro, Audition, Cinema 4D and other associated tools
- Experience with a variety of 3rd party motion graphic plugins (Trapcode Suite)
- Proficient in Adobe CC, Microsoft SharePoint and basic understanding of Microsoft Office software
- Proficient in Mac and Windows platforms
- Knowledge and proficiency of video cameras, lighting, sound, and teleprompter equipment to handle basic video shoots
- Solid understanding of copyright rules and regulations
- Problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively and efficiently
- Familiar with digital and social media marketing channels and how to leverage on each channel’s strengths and opportunities for graphic designs and videos
- Great attention to details with the ability to think on the feet, adapt, and be responsive to changes
- Display professionalism and a sense of responsibility as well as autonomy and ownership
- Ability to work in teams and individually
