**Job Purpose**:
The Graphic Designer plays a crucial role in bringing Stellar Lifestyle’s vision to life by creating engaging and impactful visuals that align with the brand identity and marketing objectives. The role focuses on developing creative materials for integrated campaigns, enhancing visual communication across platforms, and supporting the team with innovative design solutions to elevate commuter and consumer experiences.

Stellar Lifestyle, a business arm of SMRT Corporation Limited, transforms spaces in and around MRT stations into vibrant lifestyle destinations. We are the largest managing agent of retail and advertising spaces in Singapore’s rail network with expertise in property and retail management, media, and digital advertising solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
Design and Branding:

- Develop visually compelling materials for marketing campaigns, digital platforms, and physical assets such as posters, banners, and advertisements.
- Maintain and enhance the visual identity of Stellar Lifestyle across all channels.

Campaign Collateral:

- Create designs for integrated marketing campaigns, including print, social media, web, and video assets.
- Support the team in producing materials for events, product launches, and corporate communications.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Work closely with the Marketing and Communications teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Liaise with external vendors and printers to ensure high-quality production of materials.

Innovation and Trends:

- Stay updated with design trends, tools, and techniques to propose fresh ideas.
- Experiment with new formats and styles to enhance audience engagement.

Project Management:

- Manage multiple design projects, ensuring timely delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Review and revise designs based on feedback from stakeholders.

**Qualifications & Work Experience**:
Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field preferred.
At least 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in advertising, marketing, or a creative agency setting preferred.

**Skills**:
Technical Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color theory.
- Knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design is a plus.

Creative Skills:

- Ability to conceptualize and execute innovative visual ideas that resonate with target audiences.
- Excellent eye for detail and strong sense of aesthetics.

Communication Skills:

- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to present design concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate constructive feedback.

Organizational Skills:

- Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Detail-oriented approach to ensure consistency and quality across all deliverables.
