**Our opening hours**:
Mornings: 8.30 am to 12.30 pm (Monday to Saturday)

Afternoons: 2.00 pm to 4.30 pm (Monday to Thursday)

Evenings: 6.30 pm to 9.00 pm (Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday)

Closed: Sundays and PHs

**Your Role**:

- Be the welcoming face of our clinic - greet patients warmly and assist with registration.
- Manage appointments efficiently, ensuring a smooth patient flow.
- Handle billing/cashiering with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide administrative support, maintaining organised patient records.
- Assist our doctor with simple procedures, offering compassionate care.
- Build lasting relationships with our patients, creating a positive experience.

**Your Strengths**:

- Empathetic: You care about people and their well-being.
- Positive: Your cheerful attitude brightens our clinic atmosphere.
- Proficient: You have excellent computer skills and are a quick learner.
- Ability to speak Mandarin or other dialects: You can communicate effectively with our patients.

- (Bonus) Experience: Prior clinic experience is a plus, though your attitude and willingness to learn are most important to us
