**Key Responsibilities**:

- Set up and prepare robotic welding equipment, including loading materials and securing workpieces.
- Program robotic welding systems by inputting welding parameters, paths, and sequences.
- Monitor and control the robotic welding process to ensure accurate and consistent welds.
- Inspect workpieces and welds to verify compliance with quality and specification standards.
- Make adjustments to welding parameters and equipment as needed to maintain quality and efficiency.
- Perform routine maintenance on robotic welding systems, such as cleaning, replacing consumables, and troubleshooting issues.
- Collaborate with engineers and supervisors to optimize welding processes and improve productivity.
- Ensure the safety of the robotic welding operation and adhere to safety protocols.
- Document production and welding parameters for quality control and reporting.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Training or certification in robotic welding operation is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and welding symbols.
- Knowledge of robotic welding equipment and programming.
- Attention to detail and quality in weld inspection.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a manufacturing environment.
- Safety-conscious and familiar with welding safety practices.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
