**CRITERIA**:Current students studying in Universities which are based in Singapore

**INTERNSHIP DURATION**:minimum 20 weeks full time commitment with the option of extending up to a further 12 weeks.

**Intern - Product Characterization**

**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN**:

- Gain knowledge in semiconductor product characterization, for example Process-Voltage-Temperature variations, and the latest semiconductor interface technology such as DDR5/LPDDR5
- Understand industrial product testing methodology such as shmoo plot
- Be familiar with automated test equipment and other bench equipment (temperature control unit (TCU), etc)
- Able to perform first level bench troubleshooting to find out the causes of failed tests
- Enhance programming and data analysis skills
- Build effective verbal and written communication skills

**PROJECT OVERVIEW**:

- Student will explore the semiconductor product characterization engineering environment, and have a good understanding on product, characterization, ATE (Automate Test Equipment), bench equipment and latest semiconductor interface technology like DDR and PCIe interface**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
The project involves:

- Conduct tests using automated test equipment (ATE), as well as Bench and collect parametric data across process, voltage and temperature
- Data analysis and characterisation of the product performance
- Generate scripts to automate data post processing and analysis
