**What the role is**
- Your responsibility includes implementing urban and architectural requirements in building and/or township development projects mainly in HDB-led projects. Key responsibilities include preparation and submission of concept proposals, detailed designs, tender drawings, technical specifications and documents to stakeholders and regulatory authorities for approval when required.

**What you will be working on**
- As an Architect QP, you will ensure good coordination of staff with clients, allied disciplines consultants and local authorities for design development, statutory submission, project execution, co-ordination and on-site construction supervision until completion and handing over. All design development, coordination, and technical oversight of the projects shall be conducted natively in 3D BIM software and IDD platforms. You will also supervise staff involved in project management and construction operations, monitor construction schedules, and preparing work progress evaluation.
