Customer Engagement & Lead Generation:

- Proactively generate leads through cold calling, networking, and online research.
- Identify and qualify potential customers to build a robust sales pipeline.
- Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns to maximize conversion.

Sales Management:

- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective lead conversion.
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
- Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain and update customer databases with relevant information.

Cold Calling:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products or services.
- Overcome objections and effectively communicate the value proposition.
- Schedule appointments or demonstrations as needed to close sales.
- Track and report on the effectiveness of cold calling efforts.

Relationship Building:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop strategies for account management and growth.

Reporting & Analysis:

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales activities and performance.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

Collaboration:

- Work closely with the marketing team to support lead generation initiatives.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for sales improvement.
