**KITCHEN ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)**

**Job scope**
- Assist kitchen crew to prepare ingredients including washing, peeling, cutting and slicing chores.
- Washing and drying all dishes, utensils, equipments, cutting boards and put back to their respective places.
- Pack take-away orders.
- Remove garbage to central bin, replacing garbage bags and to keep kitchen area clean at all times.
- Mopping and sweeping the kitchen areas as required.
- Storing ingredients and food items according to food safety standards.
- Other cafe/kitchen duties.
- Preferably with Basic Food Hygiene Certificate.
- Positive attitude and hardworking.

**Working hours**
- Operation Hours : 5pm to 12am, Wednesday to Sunday (including Public Holidays)
- Working Hours : Able to commit at least 4 working hours a day and 4 working days per week.
