**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Curriculum Development**:Design comprehensive cybersecurity training programs tailored to various audience levels, including beginners, intermediate, and advanced participants.
Develop training materials, presentations, lab exercises, and assessments aligned with the latest industry standards and practices.
- **Delivery of Training**:Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions through various formats such as in-person workshops, virtual classrooms, and online courses.
Effectively communicate complex cybersecurity concepts to participants with varying technical backgrounds.
Utilize real-world case studies, demonstrations, and hands-on labs to enhance participants' practical understanding.
- **Cybersecurity Expertise**:Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and attack methodologies.
Maintain a strong understanding of current cybersecurity technologies, tools, and best practices.
- **Participant Engagement**:Foster a positive learning environment that encourages active participation, questions, and collaboration among participants.
Provide one-on-one guidance and support to participants, addressing their queries and concerns.
- **Assessment and Feedback**:Develop and administer assessments, quizzes, and practical exercises to evaluate participants' comprehension and skills.
Provide constructive feedback to participants, helping them improve their cybersecurity knowledge and practices.
- **Continuous Improvement**:Regularly update training materials to reflect the evolving cybersecurity landscape and incorporate participant feedback.
Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to identify emerging trends and threats for inclusion in training content.
- **Documentation**:Maintain accurate records of training sessions, attendance, and participant performance.
Generate reports and analysis on the effectiveness of training programs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Professional certifications in cybersecurity such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, etc.
- ACLP Certification
- Previous experience as a cybersecurity trainer or instructor is highly desirable.
- Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering training materials using various tools and platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt training content to different audience levels and learning styles.
- A passion for continuous learning and staying updated on cybersecurity trends and developments.

**Working Conditions**:

- The position may require occasional travel to deliver in-person training sessions.
- Work schedule may include evenings or weekends to accommodate participant availability.
- Remote training delivery may be required based on organizational needs.
