is an integrated allied healthcare and wellness practice offering osteopathy, psychology, and dietetics/nutrition services. Over the past 10 years, we have served over 16,000 unique patients from 53 different nationalities in Singapore.

As a receptionist in our organization, you will enjoy

Ease of commuting - Central Location, next to Tanjong Pagar MRT

Fun & friendly team, positive and energetic atmosphere

Flexible work hours - 8 am to 8 pm on weekdays, 8 am to 4 pm on Saturdays

Flexible to choose from both short term and long term contract options, ideal for students who are looking for a part-time role during their break

**Key components of your role will be to**:
Greet patients with a smile as soon as they arrive and help them through their treatment journey at the clinic

Answer the phone in a timely manner, with a smile and efficiently manage bookings and queries.

Create and manage both digital and hard copy filing systems

Handle billing and payments accurately

Assist with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of the clinic

Skill and competence required for this role

excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Self-driven to provide high-quality customer experience, with exceptional work ethics

Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment

Knowledge of spreadsheets/word processing documents and preferably, experience working with customer relationship management software.
