Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
You will be part of a team involved in the following activities:

- Designing and managing data tools
- Developing new data collection methods
- Improving existing survey interface designs
- Scripting survey questionnaires with logic implementation
- Studying survey software and developing new scripts
- Processing research data using software with syntaxes and codes
- Designing quantitative samples based on client requirements
- Monitoring quantitative fieldwork and adhering to project schedules and deadlines
- Coding open-ended (free text response) answers when required
- Performing quality checks and audits of survey implementations to ensure accuracy
- Creating highly actionable and digestible reports in PowerPoint

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Engineering, Business, Science, Computing, or any other numerical field
- Strong appetite for learning new data tools
- Openness to change and innovation
- Familiarity with Python is desired
- Basic competency in SPSS, R, and data visualization tools is preferred
- Knowledge of any survey software is an added advantage
- Ability to work with ambiguity and perform under pressure
- High level of precision in work
