
Senior/assistant Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee, coordinate, and monitor the recruitment, onboarding, promotion, and exit processes for specialists, non-specialists, and visiting medical professionals.
- Handle approvals within the HR system and support the planning activities of the roster management team.
- Maintain and track training hours, credentialing, and privileging requirements essential for continued medical practice.
- Facilitate the onboarding and departure procedures for foreign clinical fellows.
- Provide operational support for clinical activities, including tracking worklists, ensuring follow-ups, and assisting with audits.
- Prepare reports on medical manpower, training, sponsorships, and productivity for senior leaders such as the Head of Department, Clinical Director, and Head of Operations and Planning.
- Plan and coordinate departmental clinical workshops and events.
- Manage general office administrative duties such as maintaining the staff directory and asset inventory.

- Excellent internal stakeholder management, strong service mindset, and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to understand the context of clinical services and navigate hospital and regulatory frameworks.
- Preferably a university degree.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in administrative roles.
- Solid understanding of clinical, hospital, and regulatory processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation and processes.A positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work well with colleagues at all levels.
