Singapore Infineon Technologies Full time

Part of Core team to identify and enable continuous improvements with the goal to optimize the delivery of the Global Production Network system across all internal Infineon and external partner sites.

In your new role you will:

- Support delivery and onboarding activity for in-scope "Enterprise 2Manufacturing (E2M)" services.
- Assess existing use cases, identify new use cases and enable optimization measures/automation initiatives in the respective areas to achieve improvements in performance.
- Provide 2nd and/or 3rd-level support, solution administration, system maintenance, monitoring, and operation to meet customer SLA/targets.
- Be part of Global Projects to contribute within the area of delivery topics (including System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, Training, Documentation, and Stabilization).
- Collaborate and coordinate with “E2M Products & Applications” experts, IT and business stakeholders in the area of Project delivery.

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

- Bachelor Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electronics Engineering.
- Possess strong knowledge in System Integration and Enterprise Integration Patterns (including messaging & file transfer, batch processing & event-based handling, Asynchronous & Synchronous integration styles).
- Knowledge on E2Open's "Manufacturing Visibility"(E2MV) product will bean added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work both independently and a team player in a global setup.
- Possesses proactive behavior, eager to learn, adaptive and ‘hands-on’ at work.
- Good knowledge of Oracle (PL/SQL, SQL scripts), Windows / Unix platform, test automation, distributed and middleware systems.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
