**What You Will Get To Do**:

- Lead and oversee the accounting staff, operations, and end-to-end deliverables for a large, valued client of the firm.
- Provide strategic direction and oversight for all accounting operations across the APAC region, ensuring alignment with global standards.
- Serve as the primary liaison with regional senior leaders, fostering strong relationships, transparency, and collaboration across teams.
- Anticipate and address complex accounting challenges, providing expert solutions and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and adherence to the clients global operating model and Playbook.
- Influence and guide the development of policies, processes, technology, and procedures that impact accounting and operational practices regionally.

**What You Will Bring**:

- Extensive experience in accounting for private equity structures, private credit, complex investments, including derivatives, fixed income.
- Leadership experience in directing multi-regional or global accounting functions, ideally with APAC exposure.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance frameworks and ability to navigate diverse accounting standards across jurisdictions.
- Proven ability to influence organizational policy and shape accounting processes at a senior, strategic level.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with experience interfacing with executive leadership.
- Demonstrated success in driving operational consistency and implementing standardized global processes.
- Educational background of at least a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred), with 10-12+ years of relevant experience inclusive of project management.
